Yikes, right?! The grass had not been mowed in weeks and the front garden bed was gone. Grass and weeds had completely taken it over. The only reason that I knew that there had been a front garden at one point was because I found remnants of a plastic border when I was pulling up the grass. And let me tell you, it took hours to get that grass up. I forgot to take a 'in-process' picture. (Yeah, I know. I'm still new at this), but here is what it looked like a few months ago.
Much better right? One day I'll get around to painting the house (the peach color looks much better in these pictures than it does in real life. One of my friends actually asked me when I was going to paint over the 'pink').
